While the first part of the article explains the concepts and purposes of 5G Technology in science and comparative methodology, the second part explores and examines the reasons behind Italy and France’s decisions to adopt EU regulations and, hence, to amend their domestic laws regarding auctions for the Multi-Band Spectrum. The final part of the article reviews the latest trends in the law relating to 5G project management authorization from a comparative perspective and offers legal diversity as an approach to mitigating the problems related to conflicting laws within the European Union.
