It is conceived to settle conflicts, in order to find the solution that is more consistent with that original idea. In the juridical perspective, the logical coherency of the system becomes the necessary guarantee for non-arbitrary decisions. The present work is aimed at verifying this thesis, through the diachronic analysis of some juridical system models, also taking into account the systemic approach.
